We have specific policies for how you should represent your work on social media and the internet.
On LinkedIn and Professional Networks
Do:

State that you were a contractor of Mercor, if you would like to.

Share high-level details about the type of project you worked on, for example

Created training data for LLMs by coming up with coding problems models could not solve, and then writing the response the model should have come up with.
Do NOT:

Update employment history to say or suggest you worked at our clients

State that you are a full-time employee of Mercor

Make up a job title you think fits the role that you did

Discuss specifics, share screenshots, or reveal any confidential information
On the Internet
It’s NEVER appropriate to:

Share screenshots or specific examples of completed work.

Share screenshots of other questions people may have about the project

Share or engage in discussions about Mercor’s clients or the work they are doing.

Use work produced for Mercor or its clients outside of that engagement.
It is appropriate to:

Share your experiences about the Mercor platform, including the interviews.

Share your experiences about Mercor’s onboarding or management.

Share high-level details about the type of work you have done

Use the skills you have developed in other parts of your life
