On LinkedIn and Professional Networks

You can...

Indicate that you served as a contractor for Mercor on LinkedIn, if you adhere to the following requirements: 
  • Job title includes [Contract] at the end. For example: Creative Writing Expert [Contract] 
  • Select “contract” in the “employment type” dropdown menu 
You may share high-level, non-confidential information about the project you participated in. For example:
  • Developed training data for large language models by formulating coding problems that models could not resolve, and subsequently documenting the correct solutions.
  • Maintained high accuracy and throughput in large-scale annotation workflows, contributing to reliable training data for AI model fine-tuning.

You should NOT...

  • List a client as your employer or reference them in your job description.
  • Suggest or imply that you were a full-time employee of Mercor.
  • Fabricate or misrepresent your job title or responsibilities.
  • Share screenshots, detailed examples, or any confidential materials that could compromise the client or project integrity and confidentiality.

On the Internet

Allowed

  • Share your experience with the Mercor platform within your professional and personal networks 
  • Discuss your onboarding process at Mercor or your project management activities
  • Provide high-level summaries of the work you have undertaken
  • Review Mercor on Glassdoor, TrustPilot and Google

Strictly prohibited

  • Mentioning clients by name or any client-specific work
  • Posting screenshots or content from completed tasks
  • Sharing questions asked by others in your project 
  • Reusing work produced for Mercor or its clients elsewhere
