What Are Endorsements?
Endorsements are concise, peer-to-peer evaluations that you may provide for collaborators with whom you have previously collaborated on Mercor projects. Endorsements can be provided in two designated locations.Weekly Survey
Following the submission of your weekly availability, you will receive a prompt to endorse recent collaborators.
Project Offboarding
Upon project completion, the option to endorse colleagues will become available during the wrap-up process.
Why This Matters
Peer endorsements provide valuable insights that aren’t always visible to project managers — such as communication skills, collaboration style, or initiative. These signals help:- Match you to better opportunities

How It Works
1. Select a Collaborator
You’ll see a list of teammates you’ve worked with. You can search by name or select from suggested teammates.
2. Choose Tags
Tags are required. Select 1 or more tags that best describe your teammate’s contribution:• Took initiative

Rules and Requirements
One Endorsement Per Teammate
You can only endorse a collaborator once per project. Re-endorsing will update your previous entry.
Worked Together Required
You will only observe collaborators from shared projects in which you have logged time and held an identical role.
Tags Required
A minimum of one predefined tag must be selected in order to submit.
No Self-Endorsements
You are not permitted to endorse yourself.
