Why do the hours on my Mercor Earnings page look different from the hours in Insightful?
Why do the hours on my Mercor Earnings page look different from the hours in Insightful?
This is expected and occurs due to time zone differences, not due to missing hours.• Insightful displays time in your local timezone.• Mercor’s Earnings page converts all logged time into IST (India Standard Time) because pay periods are calculated strictly in IST.Mercor’s IST Pay-Period Window• Start: Saturday at 12:00 AM IST
• End: Friday at 11:59 PM ISTBecause of the timezone conversion, hours that appear under one date in Insightful may shift to another date or even into another pay period when displayed on your Earnings page.Important:Even if the dates differ, your total hours and payout remain accurate. To view your hours precisely as Mercor processes them, switch Insightful to Org Time Zone (IST) in your Insightful settings. If, after viewing Insightful in IST, you still see missing hours, don’t hesitate to contact Support.
