Make your profile stand out

Experience summaries

Limit each role to 3–5 bullet points. Begin with outcomes: specify what was delivered, for whom, and the resulting impact. Include scale metrics—such as users or revenue—where applicable.

Projects

Highlight two to four representative projects. Clearly articulate the problem, your specific role, the technology stack employed, and the resultant outcomes. Provide links to code repositories or demonstrations where permitted.

Skills & stack

Differentiate core skills (to be used daily) from less familiar tools (used occasionally). Refrain from utilizing lengthy keyword lists; prioritize clarity and up-to-date information.

Availability & preferences

Maintain up-to-date availability information by including time zone, weekly capacity, contracting preferences, and language competencies.

Common issues

Ambiguous descriptions, obsolete technologies, exaggerated job titles, non-functional links, and plagiarized content from job postings should be addressed prior to submitting an application.
