At Mercor, we are committed to supporting applicants with disabilities, including those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. If you need an alternative way to complete your interview, we’ve created a temporary process while improvements to our interview interface are underway.

How to Request an Accommodation

When starting your interview, you’ll see an option labeled “I’m having issues”. This opens a menu where you can select “Accommodation” and indicate that you have a disability.

What Happens Next

If you request an accommodation:
  1. Our support team will contact you to understand your needs.
  2. If your application is for a non-verbal position, we’ll provide a written assessment form.
  3. You will also be asked to complete a short identity verification interview, which is just a visual check (you won’t need to speak).

📝 Application Steps (Non-Verbal Path)

1. Complete the Identity Verification Interview
This short video check confirms your identity. You’ll receive a private link via email after your accommodation request.
2. Fill Out the Written Assessment
We will send you a form to complete your assessment. You’ll answer the interview questions in writing, instead of speaking live.
3. Start Each Application Formally
Even if you’re completing a written form, you must begin the application on work.mercor.com so our system recognizes your interest.

  • Please do not use AI tools or external help when completing the form. All responses must be your own.
