Overview
Your contractor email adheres to the established format:[username]@c-mercor.com
Your contractor email is distinct from your personal Mercor email. Please utilize it exclusively for project-related activities as directed by your project lead.
How to Log In

Go to Gmail
Open your browser and go to gmail.com.

Enter your contractor email
Use your full contractor email address (e.g., abc123@c-mercor.com) and click “Next”.

Enter your password
Input the one-time password sent to your personal email, then click “Sign in”.
How to Reset Your Password

Log in to the Mercor platform
Go to work.mercor.com and access your dashboard.

Open Settings
Navigate to the Settings tab and locate the contractor email section.

Click 'Reset Password'
You’ll see a reset button next to your contractor email. Click to begin the process.

Follow the instructions
You’ll receive reset instructions via email. Complete the reset within 24 hours.
You cannot reset your contractor email password via Google.
