Reset your interview

If you would like to reset your interview, we are happy to assist you. Please follow the steps below:
Steps to Request an Interview Reset:
Submit a Support Ticket: Send an email to our support team at support@mercor.com using the email address associated with your Mercor account.
Provide the Necessary Information: In your request, please include the following details:
- The email address linked to your Mercor profile.
- The name of the interview you wish to reset.
Locating Your Interviews: To find the name of the interview you’d like to reset, navigate to the Interviews page in your Mercor account. From there, identify the interview and include its name in your support ticket.
Once we receive your request with the required information, our team will reset it for you and notify you once it’s completed.
