Reset your interview
You can now reset your interview directly from your dashboard.
If you would like to retake your interview, you can now do so directly from your Mercor dashboard. Please follow the steps below:
You can also go directly to the Interviews page.
3. Find the Interview You Want to Retake:
Locate the interview you’d like to reset. On the right side, you’ll see a status labeled Submitted.
4. Click the Three Dots:
Next to the Submitted status, click the three dots icon.
5. Select “Retake Interview”:
From the dropdown menu, click Retake Interview.
You’ll now be able to take the interview again.
That’s it! You’re good to go. 🎯

Steps to Retake Your Interview:
1. Go to Your Dashboard: Log in to your Mercor dashboard. 2. Navigate to the Interviews Tab: Click the Interviews tab on the left-hand side of your screen—just below Resume and above Payments.You can also go directly to the Interviews page.
3. Find the Interview You Want to Retake:
Locate the interview you’d like to reset. On the right side, you’ll see a status labeled Submitted.
4. Click the Three Dots:
Next to the Submitted status, click the three dots icon.
5. Select “Retake Interview”:
From the dropdown menu, click Retake Interview.You’ll now be able to take the interview again.
That’s it! You’re good to go. 🎯
