If you would like to retake your interview, you can now do so directly from your Mercor dashboard. Please follow the steps below:

Steps to Retake Your Interview:

1. Go to Your Dashboard:

Log in to your Mercor dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Interviews Tab:

Click the Interviews tab on the left-hand side of your screen—just below Resume and above Payments.
You can also go directly to the Interviews page.

3. Find the Interview You Want to Retake:

Locate the interview you’d like to reset. On the right side, you’ll see a status labeled Submitted.

4. Click the Three Dots:

Next to the Submitted status, click the three dots icon.

5. Select “Retake Interview”:

From the dropdown menu, click Retake Interview.
You’ll now be able to take the interview again.

That’s it! You’re good to go. 🎯
