Contractor emails are provided by Mercor to give you secure access to project-related resources. These emails are specifically created for accessing tools, documents, and communications required by your project manager. Your contractor email follows the format: [username]@c-mercor.com
Your contractor email is separate from your personal Mercor account email. Use this email exclusively for project-related activities as directed by your project lead.

How to Login

Follow these steps to access your contractor email:
  1. Navigate to Gmail
  2. Enter Your Contractor Email
    • Use your full contractor email address (e.g., abc123@c-mercor.com)
    • Click “Next”
  3. Enter Your Password
    • Input One time password that was sent to you over email
    • Click “Sign in”
If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to setup a new password

How to Reset Your Password

If you need to reset your contractor email password, follow these steps:

Method 1: Through the Work Platform

  1. Access the Work Platform
    • Log into your Mercor work platform account
  2. Navigate to Settings
    • Look for the contractor email section
  3. Click “Reset Password”
    • You’ll see a “Reset password” button next to your contractor email
    • Click it to initiate the password reset process
  4. Follow the Instructions
    • Check your primary Mercor account email for reset instructions
    • Complete the password reset within 24 hours
You are unable to reset your password via Google and it must be done via the platform. If you encounter any issues, contact us via support@mercor.com
