# Peer Endorsements

> Mercor now supports peer-to-peer endorsements through weekly surveys and project wrap-ups. Learn how to endorse your teammates and view endorsements you’ve received.

<Note>
  This feature enables you to identify collaborators who have contributed positively to your project. Endorsements serve to emphasize effective teamwork and enhance your professional reputation within Mercor.
</Note>

## What Are Endorsements?

Endorsements are concise, peer-to-peer evaluations that you may provide for collaborators with whom you have previously collaborated on Mercor projects. Endorsements can be provided in two designated locations.

## Why This Matters

Peer endorsements provide valuable insights that aren’t always visible to project managers — such as communication skills, collaboration style, or initiative.

These signals help:

* Match you to better opportunities
* Build your internal reputation
* Reward excellent collaboration
* Identify high-performing teams

## How It Works

<Steps>
  <Step title="1. Select a Collaborator">
    You’ll see a list of teammates you’ve worked with. You can search by name or select from suggested teammates.
  </Step>

  <Step title="2. Choose Tags">
    Tags are required. Select 1 or more tags that best describe your teammate’s contribution:

    • Took initiative\
    • Highly responsive\
    • Great tasks\
    • Dependable\
    • Knowledgeable
  </Step>

  <Step title="3. (Optional) Add a Message">
    You can write a short message or just submit tags.
  </Step>

  <Step title="4. Submit Endorsement">
    Once submitted, your feedback will help strengthen that teammate’s profile.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  If you don’t see anyone to endorse during the survey or offboarding flow, that’s okay! Just skip that step.
